4PLAS INTERPLAS 2023 UPDATE
 
The INTERPLAS Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham is just a couple of weeks away, so we would like to continue our highlight on some of the products we will be focusing on at the show, this week its our 4DUR® Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) range.

4PLAS has continued to grow our capacity and technical ability in a number of key areas.

TECHNICAL GRADES
In 2014 4PLAS launched our 4TECH® high performance technical range, this includes PBT products such as:
  • High glass content up to 70%
  • Carbon fibre grades
  • Blends such as PBT/PET, PBT/ASA & PBT/PC
  • Conductive and anti static
  • Lubricated grades
  • Flame retardant materials with full UL listing
  • Laser Markable
  • Electrical Grades
This product group is constantly developing with many materials being developed for specific applications.

STANDARD & CUSTOM COLOUR GRADES
We are continually improving our 4DUR® PBT grades with a wider range of modifiers, stabilisers, speciality additives and customised colour matches in 250 kg to 20 tonne lots.

We have also developed grades with improved colours in glass fibre and carbon fibre reinforced as well as products with reduced visible surface glass effects and high gloss grades.
4PLAS has always focused on controlling our costs so we can offer value for money high performance compounds, we continue to extend this value across a wider range of 4TECH®  & 4DUR® PBT products. & 4DUR® PBT products.
